Located on Green River Lake near Cromwell in Ohio County, Kentucky, this access point provides a convenient launching spot for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboaters on the 8,210-acre lake. The ramp is situated approximately 4.5 miles south of Campbellsville on KY 55; turn left at the entrance to the Corps of Engineers office and follow signs to reach the facility.
Green River Lake offers excellent paddling conditions with 147 miles of scenic shoreline, an average depth of 50 feet, and generally calm, expansive water suitable for recreational paddling. As one of 12 boat ramps providing access to the lake, the Cromwell ramp serves as a good launching point for exploring the lake's 28-mile length.
