Culpepper Landing is a government-owned public boat ramp on Holmes Creek in Washington County, near Vernon, Florida. From Vernon, take SR 79 south for 7.2 miles to Miller's Ferry Road, turn right and continue 3.8 miles, then turn left on Shell Landing Road (which becomes SR 284A) and drive 2.9 miles to the landing.

The parking area includes paved spaces for vehicle/trailer parking plus gravel parking for up to 28 boat trailers.
