Culpepper Landing is a government-owned public boat ramp on Holmes Creek in Washington County, near Vernon, Florida. From Vernon, take SR 79 south for 7.2 miles to Miller's Ferry Road, turn right and continue 3.8 miles, then turn left on Shell Landing Road (which becomes SR 284A) and drive 2.9 miles to the landing.

Recently renovated in 2022, this facility features a modern boat launch with new boarding docks suitable for kayaks, canoes, and motorboats. The parking area includes paved spaces for vehicle/trailer parking plus gravel parking for up to 28 boat trailers. A dedicated canoe/kayak launch area is available, making this a solid choice for non-motorized paddlers.
