About This Access Site
D'Arbonne Village provides public access to Lake D'Arbonne, a 15,250-acre recreational lake in Union Parish County. The ramp is a convenient launch point for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboaters looking to explore this popular freshwater destination. Gravel parking and a dock are available to assist with launching and landing your watercraft.

This is a day-use facility with standard regulations: no overnight camping, no fires, and no fishing within 50 feet of the ramp. The lake itself is well-developed for recreation, with nearby amenities including the Lake D'Arbonne State Park Campground (318-368-2086), bait and tackle shops, restaurants, and RV facilities. The lake supports healthy populations of bass, crappie, catfish, and bream, making it popular with anglers. For paddlers seeking a more remote experience, note that Terral Island Landing offers an alternative mid-lake access point on the north shore.
