Devils Bench offers a convenient public access point to Lake Herbert G. West, a 4,273-acre reservoir on the Snake River in southeastern Washington. The site features a single-lane boat ramp suitable for launching kayaks, canoes, and motorboats into the Snake River. Day-use amenities include ADA-accessible covered picnic tables, fire pits, and restrooms (flush facilities in summer, vault toilets in winter), making it a comfortable spot for a full day on the water.
Located in the remote Columbia Plateau region near Matthew, this access point provides paddlers and anglers with entry to a scenic section of the lower Snake River.
