Drynob serves as a convenient mid-river access point, located approximately 38.9 miles along the water trail. Paddlers heading downstream will find the next major access point at Davis Ford (about 5 miles away), followed by Hull Ford—the last public access on the Osage Fork. The river in this section includes rock ledge features that create riffles, offering varied paddling conditions for intermediate paddlers.
