Eagle Lake's public water access (PWA) is located in Willmar, Kandiyohi County, and features a boat ramp with both asphalt and gravel parking areas. The site includes a concrete launch ramp suitable for motorboats, kayaks, and canoes, with additional parking for vehicles with boat trailers. A warming hut is available at the lake's edge during winter months.

**Planning Your Visit**
The site underwent reconfiguration and reopened in time for the May 10 fishing season opener. Due to parking limitations, visitors are encouraged to plan ahead, especially during peak use periods. A launch fee is required; payment details and current rates are available on-site or by contacting the DNR Sauk Rapids Area office at 320-223-7861. Eagle Lake's ramp is popular for both kayaking/canoeing and recreational boating, making it a well-established access point for paddlers and motorboaters alike.
