About This Access Site
East Devils Lake State Park offers a convenient boat launch on Devils Lake in Otis, located on the lake's east side near Lincoln City. The park features a boat ramp, fishing dock, and day-use facilities including restrooms, picnic areas, and a public fire pit. This is a quieter alternative to some of the busier launch points on the lake, surrounded by large Douglas firs with access to short hiking trails in the area.

Devils Lake is a popular destination for kayakers, canoeists, and recreational boaters. If you're planning to launch here, note that while moorage docks are available at the nearby campground, the main boat ramp at East Devils Lake is your primary launch option from this location. For comparison, Grahams Island State Park offers a four-lane concrete ramp with courtesy docks if you need additional launching infrastructure. The lake and surrounding area provide opportunities for fishing and water-based recreation, with nearby attractions including the Siletz Bay National Wildlife Refuge and Valley of the Giants Outstanding Natural Area for exploring after your time on the water.
