The Eastside Lake Road boat ramp provides public access to Salt Creek Lake Graham in Young County. This location is one of three public boat ramps available on the reservoir and offers a dedicated launch facility for kayakers, canoeists, and motorized boats. The access point is straightforward and designed to accommodate various watercraft types.
The surrounding area includes additional amenities worth noting: a fishing pier, picnic facilities, and both primitive and improved camping sites are available nearby. However, paddlers should be aware that there are no boat rentals or marina services at this location, and ADA-accessible fishing access is not available. A bait shop can be found approximately two miles south on US 380 if you need supplies.
Before launching, check current water conditions and weather, as these can affect paddling safety and ease of access. This is a good option for day trips or longer excursions on the lake, with the advantage of on-site camping if you're planning an extended visit.
