**Location & Access**
Elliot Bluff is a developed boat ramp located on Wright Patman Lake near the Sulphur River channel in Bowie County, Texas. The site is positioned 2.5 miles north of FM 3129 on the south side of the dam. From US 59, follow signs to reach the ramp. The access road provides excellent opportunities to observe native wildlife and riparian habitat along the Old Sulphur River Channel.

This well-maintained facility offers a boat ramp suitable for all boat sizes, a dock, picnic tables with grills, a fishing pier, and an observation platform.
