Fernandina Harbour Marina

Fernandina Harbour Marina is a full-service public access point located on the Amelia River in downtown Fernandina Beach, positioned directly on the Intracoastal Waterway at mile 716, near the Florida-Georgia border. The facility features a public boat ramp, 4,000 feet of alongside dockage, a mooring field, and a modern fuel dock. On-site amenities include restrooms, an on-site restaurant, captain's lounge, WiFi, and bait and tackle services. The public ramp is free to use and open 24 hours, making it convenient for early morning or evening paddling trips.

Kayakers and canoeists will find this an ideal base for exploring the scenic Amelia River and accessing the protected waters of the Timucuan Ecological & Historic Preserve, known as one of the last unspoiled coastal wetlands on the Atlantic Coast. The location also provides easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway for longer paddling adventures. A full-time marina team is on-site to support all boaters. For those planning extended visits, Cumberland Island National Seashore lies just to the north in Georgia and offers camping permits through the Sea Camp Ranger Station, making Fernandina Harbour Marina a convenient launching point for multi-day paddling trips in the region.
