About This Access Site
**Location & Facilities**
Glade Run Access is a dedicated boat launch facility located in Valencia, Butler County, providing access to Glade Run Lake and Glade Run. The site features one concrete launch ramp positioned at the bottom of the parking area, with associated parking facilities available for visitors.

**Registration & Boating Rules**
All unpowered boats (kayaks, canoes, etc.) must be registered or display a current Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission (PFBC) launch permit before using the water. Motorboats are welcome and must also be registered. Note that innertubes and swim aids are not permitted on the water. Permits can be obtained through the PFBC or PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR).

**What to Expect**
This established access point has been improved since 1955 and includes a fishing pier in addition to the launch ramp. The site is designed for both powered and unpowered recreational boating, making it a straightforward entry point for paddlers and motorboat enthusiasts alike.
