Glendale Fish & Wildlife Area

Dove Hollow Marsh offers a concrete boat ramp for kayakers, canoeists, and small boat access in the Glendale Fish & Wildlife Area near Corning in Daviess County. The ramp is conveniently located near the area's dam and check station. This is a wildlife area managed by Indiana DNR, so be sure to check posted signs and ask at headquarters regarding any current access restrictions or seasonal closures.

Paddlers should note that swimming is not permitted at Glendale FWA. The marsh is primarily used for fishing, with common species including catfish, crappie, bluegill, redear sunfish, and largemouth bass. A 14-inch minimum size limit applies to largemouth bass. The area also features Dogwood Lake and several smaller ponds where kayaking and canoeing are permitted.
