Golden Memorial Lake is a 15-acre spring-fed lake located in Walnut Grove, Scott County, MS (2104 Damascus Rd). The site offers a free, unpaved boat launch with no usage fees. This small, calm lake is ideal for kayakers, canoeists, and small motorized boats.
**Boat Restrictions & Activities:**
Boats are strictly limited to 14-foot Jon boats with trolling motors or smaller vessels, making this an excellent spot for paddlers and small recreational craft. The lake prohibits swimming and water skiing. The lake is stocked with largemouth bass and bream, drawing anglers year-round. Beyond paddling and fishing, the park features several nature trails for exploring the surrounding area.
