Located at 45 N River Street in Goldsboro, this facility is managed by the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission and serves kayakers, canoeists, and motorized boaters. The site features a boat ramp and parking area, making it a practical launching point for river activities.

**Important Note for Paddlers:** PFBC Un-powered Boat Launch Permits are required for all kayakers and canoeists using this access point. The Susquehanna River Water Trail's Lower Section is designated as a National Recreation Trail, offering paddlers excellent paddling opportunities.
