About This Access Site
Governor Bond Lake near Greenville, Illinois offers two public boat ramps for paddlers and boaters to access this recreational lake. The primary ramp is located at the coordinates listed above, with a second ramp situated on the southeast side of the lake off East Lake Drive. Both ramps provide convenient launch points for kayaks, canoes, and motorized vessels.

Before launching, be aware that Governor Bond Lake requires boat registration stickers for all vessels. The lake enforces a 225 horsepower limit for boats and a 160 horsepower limit for personal watercraft. City stickers must be obtained prior to use, which are available through the City of Greenville Municipal Building.
