About This Access Site
Grassy Pond is a 128-acre lake in Rindge, Cheshire County, offering public boat access for kayakers, canoeists, and small boaters. The access point features a modest boat ramp with parking for approximately five cars and trailers, available 24 hours a day at no fee. Note that trailered boats should launch at three-quarter tide or better for optimal conditions.

The site has limited amenities—there are no on-site restrooms, though handicap-accessible parking is available. Canoe and car-top boat access can also be found on the southeastern shore along Grassy Pond Road, making it convenient for paddlers without trailers. The pond supports trout fishing in some sections.
