Green Leaf State Park

Green Leaf Lake offers a well-developed boat ramp and access point located in Muskogee County, near the scenic Cookson Hills region of eastern Oklahoma. The lake covers approximately 920 acres with a maximum depth of 42 feet, making it suitable for various paddling and boating activities. The access area includes a properly graded boat ramp with good accessibility, plus nearby amenities at the state park including a marina, fishing docks, and multiple campgrounds.

**What to Know Before You Go:** Motorized fishing boats are permitted on Green Leaf Lake, but jet skis and other high-powered watercraft are prohibited, making it a quieter option for kayakers and canoeists. The lake is situated 10 miles north of US-64 via State Highway 10 and is managed by Oklahoma State Parks, which maintains five campgrounds with 178 campsites. Several camping options are available near the ramp, ranging from full RV hookup sites to tent camping areas. The facility also offers boat rentals, a heated fishing dock, paddleboarding, and year-round recreational programming, making it a convenient destination for a full day or overnight paddling trip.
