Green Pond Town Landing

Green Pond Town Landing in East Falmouth offers convenient access to Green Pond with newly renovated launching facilities. The ramp features three side-by-side lanes with plans to expand to six in the future, making it suitable for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboats. Located off Menauhant Road, this landing provides a shorter route to Nantucket Sound compared to the Falmouth Inner Harbor ramp, though parking is more limited.

**Practical Details:** There is no launch fee at this facility. Parking restrictions apply—no parking is allowed on either side of Harrington Street or on the northeast shoulder of the ramp during turning operations. Additionally, parking is prohibited from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. The ramp can accommodate multiple vessels simultaneously thanks to its multi-lane design, making it a good option during moderate-use periods.

Green Pond's location on Cape Cod's south shore provides easy access to nearby Waquoit Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, featuring open waters, marshlands, and barrier beaches ideal for paddling exploration. The area is also close to the scenic Cape Cod Canal, offering additional water recreation opportunities.
