Happy Holler Lake Conservation Area offers convenient public water access in Andrew County, Missouri, located four miles east of Savannah via Route E, then six miles north on Route D. The site features a concrete double boat ramp that is disabled accessible, making it suitable for kayakers, canoeists, and motorized boats. A courtesy dock and covered fishing dock are also available for anglers and paddlers preparing to launch.
The access area is well-developed with ample parking—50 standard spaces plus eight disabled accessible spots—along with restroom facilities (privies) and a fishing jetty. The 2,207-acre conservation area welcomes various recreational activities including boating with motors, fishing, camping, and nature observation. This is an ideal launching point for exploring the lake, and the maintained facilities make it accessible for paddlers of all abilities.
