Harbor Bay offers one of five public boat ramps on Lake Meredith, located on the Canadian River just outside Fritch, Texas. The ramp provides boat dock access and is situated at the end of Lakeview Drive off Highway 136 (2 miles north from the intersection of Hwy 136 and Lakeview Drive on Fritch's west side). Note that this ramp was closed for several years due to drought conditions but has recently reopened as water levels have risen.

The adjacent Harbor Bay Campground provides convenient facilities for paddlers and boaters planning extended trips, including picnic tables, shade shelters, and grills. However, amenities are limited—there are vault-evaporator toilets but no drinking water or flush facilities. The campground is non-reservable and sits within Lake Meredith National Recreation Area, a scenic desert oasis in the Texas Panhandle. **Tip:** Water levels on Lake Meredith fluctuate seasonally. Before planning your trip, confirm current ramp conditions with the National Park Service, as boat ramps may be unavailable depending on water levels.
