Harbor Heights Park offers excellent access to the Peace River at Whidden Bay in Punta Gorda. The facility features a wide ramp with two launching lanes, making it suitable for various watercraft including kayaks, canoes, and motorboats. The park provides courtesy docks for convenient boarding and unloading, plus 13 paved trailer parking spaces. Hand launching is available for paddlers, and the site is pay-to-use (purchase tickets at the kiosk).
Beyond water access, the park includes restrooms, picnic areas with grills, a playground, and recreational courts (volleyball and tennis).
