Harris Brake Lake offers excellent boating and paddling access for kayakers, canoeists, and motorized boaters. The lake has three concrete boat ramps and two gravel ramps, providing ample launch points. Boaters can take advantage of the Harris Brake Marina, which offers boat rentals, including jet skis and pontoons, as well as private slips.

The 1,300-acre Harris Brake Lake is one of the largest lakes owned by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. It was built in 1955 and is a popular destination for fishing and other water sports. Paddlers will find the lake offers a scenic and peaceful environment for exploring, with access to the surrounding Ouachita and Ozark Mountain landscapes. Anglers can enjoy the lake's diverse fish populations, which include bass, crappie, and catfish.
