Harry S. Truman State Park provides excellent access to Harry S. Truman Lake (also called Truman Lake), a large reservoir on the Osage River near Warsaw, Missouri. The park features two boat ramps: a four-lane public ramp open year-round near the marina and large parking area, and a two-lane ramp (March–November) available for campers only. Both ramps offer convenient launching for kayaks, canoes, and motorboats with ample trailer parking. There are no launch fees or motor restrictions at the state park.
The park offers comprehensive amenities including a marina, swimming beaches, modern restrooms, showers, and visitor facilities. The large reservoir is ideal for paddling, fishing, and boating, with rugged shorelines and scenic terrain typical of the region.
