Hathaway Park offers convenient access to the Washougal River via a concrete ramp that leads to a gravel beach, making it an excellent launch point for kayaks, canoes, rafts, and catarafts. Located in the town of Washougal off Front Street (accessible from Highway 14), the park features a dedicated non-motorized boat launch and is particularly popular with paddlers exploring the Lower Columbia River Water Trail. The site includes ADA-accessible amenities such as restrooms, multiple gangways to visitor docks, and a small parking area.

This take-out point is situated at approximately mile 9.9 on the Washougal River and serves as a popular endpoint for rafting trips on the lower river sections.
