Hawkins Reservoir

**Hawkins Reservoir Campground** provides a convenient launching point for kayakers, canoeists, and motorized boaters accessing Hawkins Reservoir near Arimo in Bannock County. The site features a concrete boat ramp with adjacent dock, capable of accommodating moderate recreational traffic. Two parking areas with capacity for approximately 50 vehicles are available, along with 2 vault toilets and picnic tables for day-use visitors.

The campground offers 10 developed campsites available on a first-come, first-served basis with a 14-day stay limit. This makes it an accessible option for paddlers planning overnight trips. However, note that there are no on-site dumpsters—all trash must be packed out. The site also provides access to nearby BLM and Forest Service OHV trails for those interested in exploring the surrounding area.
