About This Access Site
Henderson Park offers a convenient boat ramp and access point to explore the scenic Norfork Lake in northern Arkansas. The boat ramp provides easy launching for kayaks, canoes, and trailered motorboats to access the 22,000-acre lake.

Norfork Lake is known for its clear waters and diverse shoreline, ranging from open, breezy stretches perfect for sailing to quiet, secluded coves ideal for water sports. Boaters and paddlers can expect to find excellent opportunities for fishing, with the nearby Norfork Dam providing access to the North Fork White River below. The surrounding Ozark Mountain terrain offers beautiful scenery and hiking trails for nature enthusiasts.

Henderson Park is a reservable campground managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
