Amenities include fish cleaning stations, ample trailer parking, and clean restrooms.
Brownlee Reservoir is a 13-mile-long impoundment along the Snake River offering excellent opportunities for boating, fishing, and wildlife viewing. Paddlers should be aware that water levels can fluctuate considerably—sometimes dropping 6-12 inches per day—so plan accordingly and avoid tying up to banks where you risk becoming stranded. Check current water conditions before launching, as they directly affect ramp usability. The area is popular for fishing bass, perch, crappie, catfish, and other species, making it a busy recreational destination, particularly during peak seasons.
