Hickam Harbor is a boat ramp and access site located in Waipahu, Honolulu County, Hawaii, along the Pacific Ocean. Operated by the Pearl Harbor National Memorial, this facility offers convenient access to the open waters around Oahu.

The boat ramp is available for use by the public, though tickets to access the Pearl Harbor National Memorial must be reserved in advance through Recreation.gov. The site is ADA-accessible. Nearby, visitors can also explore the Pearl Harbor National Wildlife Refuge and Honouliuli National Historic Site.

For paddlers and small boaters, Hickam Harbor provides a launching point to explore the scenic Mamala Bay. The harbor staff can offer guidance on local conditions and recommended routes. Sailboat rentals are also available at the marina Wednesday through Sunday. Experienced mariners should exercise caution when navigating the open ocean, paying close attention to weather and tidal conditions.

Visitors are encouraged to create and log in to their accounts before tickets are released since tickets are limited and may be reserved in their entirety in several minutes. All visitors to the USS Arizona Memorial, regardless of their age, must have a ticket.

A visit to the USS Arizona Memorial is a solemn and sobering experience, even for those who were not alive when the attack occurred.  
The Pearl Harbor Visitor Center, part of the Pearl Harbor National Memorial, is the primary portal for visitors coming to Pearl Harbor. It is open daily from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Interpretive programs available include a round trip boat trip to the USS Arizona Memorial and time spent on the memorial for reflection and contemplation. USS Arizona Memorial programs run frequently throughout each day. The visitor center is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.      
The visitor center is the gateway for visitors to expand their knowledge of World War II and the Pacific Theater by visiting neighboring independent historic sites: USS Bowfin Submarine Museum & Park , Battleship Missouri Memorial , and Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum .
