Hidden Harbor Marina is a private facility located in Smithville on Center Hill Lake, the impoundment created by Center Hill Dam on the Caney Fork River. **Important note:** Parking and dock use are restricted to Hidden Harbor residents and their registered guests only; non-resident vehicles are subject to towing. This is not a public access point for general boater use.
For public access to the Caney Fork River and Center Hill Lake area, paddlers and boaters should use **Long Branch Recreation Area**, located at the base of Center Hill Dam. This is the primary public option for launching and camping in the region, as much of the Caney Fork downstream is private property. The area offers multiple boat ramps and camping facilities, making it ideal for kayakers, canoeists, and boaters exploring Center Hill Lake and the surrounding waterways. Nearby Edgar Evins State Park and Joe L. Evins Appalachian Center for Crafts provide additional recreation opportunities in the region.
