About This Access Site
**Location & Access:** High View Hill is located near Prentiss in Ohio County, Kentucky, providing access to the Green River. To reach the ramp, take KY 55 south of Campbellsville approximately 4.5 miles, then turn left at the entrance to the Corps of Engineers office and follow signs to the ramp.

**What to Know:** This is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers facility. Be aware that the entrance gate at the top of the hill may be closed during high water conditions, so it's worth checking conditions before making the trip. The ramp accommodates various watercraft including kayaks, canoes, and larger boats, including tournament-size launches. This access point is maintained by the Corps of Engineers rather than the Kentucky River Authority, so conditions and availability may vary seasonally.

**Before You Go:** Contact the local Corps of Engineers office or check current conditions, as gate closures and water levels can affect access. Plan accordingly if you're launching a group or larger vessel.
