Holly Point Marina is a public boat ramp providing access to Toledo Bend Reservoir on the Sabine River in Ebarb, Louisiana. Operated by the Sabine River Authority of Texas, this facility features a single-lane ramp suitable for kayaks, canoes, and motorboats. The site is located off FM 139, approximately 5 miles south of Joaquin, and offers year-round access with no launch fee required.
