Holmes Road Park

Holmes Road Park offers a well-developed boat launch for accessing Devils Lake near Lincoln City. The facility features a large paved parking area, a wooden dock, and a paved boat ramp with a steep grade leading to the water—making it suitable for various watercraft including kayaks, canoes, and motorboats. This is one of three primary access points on the lake, alongside Regatta Park and East Devils Lake State Recreation Area.
