Hurricane Marina is a day-use boat ramp facility located in Silver Point, DeKalb County, offering access to Center Hill Lake and the Caney Fork River system. The site features two boat ramps and a dock, making it suitable for kayakers, canoeists, and larger boats. Amenities include flush toilets, drinking water, and a picnic shelter that can accommodate up to 125 guests. The facility does not offer overnight camping, but primitive camping areas are available within 10 miles at Center Hill Lake.

Center Hill Lake is a large reservoir created by Center Hill Dam on the Caney Fork River. Paddlers should note that the tailwater area below the dam is a restricted safety zone, and water releases from the dam can affect conditions on the lower Caney Fork. The lake itself offers calmer, reservoir-style paddling, while the upper Caney Fork provides river paddling.
