About This Access Site
Keizer Rapids Park offers a well-maintained public boat ramp on the Willamette River in Keizer, Marion County. The ramp is approximately 28 feet wide, making it convenient for launching and retrieving kayaks, canoes, and small motorboats. This site is a designated stop on the Willamette River Water Trail and provides access to a 12.5-mile paddling area. Amenities include restrooms, a public boat rack (bring your own cable and lock for shuttle parking), and a large playground in the upland area.

The Willamette River at this location is characterized by calm, wide waters—often lake-like in appearance—making it an excellent starting point for leisurely float trips. Paddlers can expect mellow conditions suitable for various skill levels and can enjoy scenic riparian forest views along the banks.
