Keystone State Park 1

Located in Mannford near Tulsa County, Keystone State Park offers a full-service boat ramp with ample trailer parking for access to Keystone Lake and the Arkansas River. The facility includes day-use areas, picnic pavilions, modern restroom and shower facilities, and a playground. This is a non-reservable, public access point ideal for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboaters of all skill levels.

The Arkansas River at this location is a major waterway with substantial flow (averaging over 51,000 cubic feet per second) and moderate gradient. Paddlers should be prepared for a large, active river with average velocities around 6.6 feet per second. The lake setting provides calmer waters for beginners, while more experienced paddlers can venture onto the river itself. Fishing opportunities abound for catfish, black bass, and crappie, making this a popular spot for combined paddling and angling trips.
