Located on the north shore of Keystone Lake in Derry Township, this public boat launch provides convenient access to the 590-acre reservoir. The ramp is situated by the dam breast and includes a mooring area, making it ideal for kayakers, canoeists, paddleboarders, and non-powered boaters. Electric motors are permitted on the lake. Two Dam Kayak Rentals operates near the main launch if you need equipment rentals.
The facility offers practical amenities including a parking lot with a public EV charging station. For paddlers planning a multi-day trip, Bush Rec Area Campground with dump station and shower facilities is available within 10 miles and offers reservable campsites. All vessels must have proper permits as required by the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, Keystone Beach is open for swimming and recreation, adding to the area's appeal for families and day-trippers.
