Kirtley Park is located on the east shore of Lake Pat Cleburne near Cleburne, Texas. To reach the boat ramp, take FM 1718 southwest from Cleburne (off US 67). This is a reliable access point for launching kayaks, canoes, and other small watercraft onto the 1,558-acre impoundment.

The park currently offers a boat ramp, ample parking, picnic tables, pavilions, and grills. Lake Pat Cleburne is a scenic reservoir on the Nolan River with a maximum depth of 64 feet, providing stable conditions suitable for paddling.
