Kissee Mills Park (also known as River Run Park) offers convenient access to Bull Shoals Lake just below Powersite Dam in the Kissee Mills area of Taney County, Missouri. The park features a two-lane concrete boat ramp with parking for approximately 20 rigs, making it suitable for kayaks, canoes, and larger recreational boats. A courtesy dock is available at the ramp facilities. The location provides quick access to the lake for both fishing and water sports.

Bull Shoals Lake sits on the White River, a major waterway (USGS Stream Order 9) with significant flow averaging over 34,000 cubic feet per second. Water conditions can vary considerably depending on dam operations and season, so paddlers should be prepared for potential currents and check conditions before launching. The park itself offers amenities including a swim beach, picnic grounds, and a playground, making it a good spot for a full day outing.
