Lake Ann, Lake Ann Park

Lake Ann Park offers a concrete boat ramp (16 feet wide) for launching kayaks, canoes, and small motorboats onto Ann Lake, a 138-acre water body in Chanhassen. The ramp is located at 1456 W 78th St and provides the primary public water access to the lake. The park includes amenities such as a canoe rack, fishing pier, picnic areas, and recreational facilities, making it a convenient destination for paddlers and anglers.

**Note:** Lake Ann is a shallow, fertile lake subject to seasonal algae blooms in summer and curly-leaf pondweed growth in late spring and early summer, which can affect water clarity. Parking is limited at this access point, so arriving early is recommended.
