Lake Avalon offers a convenient boat ramp and access point for kayakers, canoeists, and small motorized boats. The 112-acre lake features scenic limestone bluffs and is stocked with healthy populations of bass, bluegill, and sunfish, making it a popular destination for anglers.
The Avalon Park Boat Ramp is located on the west side of the lake, downstream from the dam. It provides a four-lane boat ramp with a courtesy dock, as well as a parking area for vehicles. The ramp is open seasonally from March through September, typically from 6am to 10pm.
Lake Avalon is designated as a no-wake lake, creating a peaceful setting for paddling and fishing. Shoreline mooring is available through an annual lease program managed by the Bella Vista Property Owners Association. Additional amenities at the lake include a pavilion, horseshoe pit, and restrooms.
