Lake Bronson State Park, East Campground

Located 2 miles east of Lake Bronson on County Highway 28, this boat ramp at the East Campground provides convenient access to 162-acre Bronson Lake. The launch can accommodate larger vessels including pontoons and offers a wooden dock, trailer parking, and ample space for backing in boats. This is a full-service state park facility with nearby amenities including flush toilets, showers, and a dump station.

The site is ideal for kayakers, canoeists, and recreational boaters looking for a well-developed access point with camping options. Lake Bronson State Park offers 189 campsites across three campgrounds (including electric hookups), plus dedicated canoe and backpack sites. The park also rents boats, kayaks, and canoes, making it accessible for those without their own equipment. The surrounding landscape features a mix of prairie and aspen parkland with good wildlife viewing opportunities and a historic observation tower.
