Lake Carmi

Located in the southeast section of Lake Carmi off Launch Road in Franklin, Vermont, this state park boat ramp offers convenient access for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboats. The facility features a single-lane concrete ramp with an attached dock and paved parking area, making it suitable for launching most small to medium-sized watercraft.

Lake Carmi is a large, shallow lake with a hard, rocky bottom and gradual depth profile, making it generally accessible for paddlers of varying skill levels. The lake's shoreline includes fish-holding structure such as extending points, rock piles, and overhanging trees, which can provide scenic paddling routes.
