Lake Casa Blanca International State Park offers a three-lane concrete boat ramp with lighting and ADA accessibility, located east of Laredo near US 59. To reach the ramp, take Bob Bullock Loop (Loop 20) north from US 59 to the park entrance, or use the Highway 59 gates via Henry Cuellar Road. The facility is suitable for launching bass boats and provides access to this 60-percent state park-bordered lake.
The site includes a lighted fishing pier on the southeast side and is stocked with largemouth bass, hybrid striped bass, crappie, and catfish. Note that water levels can fluctuate seasonally—the courtesy boat dock is periodically removed during low water periods but returns as lake levels recover. The concrete boat ramps remain operational year-round, making this a reliable access point for kayakers, canoeists, and motorized boaters in the South Texas region.
