The Lake Flower launch provides convenient access for kayakers, canoeists, and small motorboats right in the heart of Saranac Lake village. Located off River Street across from Fusion Market, this hard-surface ramp features dock space for easy loading and unloading. The site includes approximately 15 parking spaces suitable for car-top boats and smaller vehicles, making it ideal for paddlers launching canoes and kayaks.
This access point is primarily designed for cartop boats rather than trailered vessels. Boaters with larger, trailered motorboats should use the Second Pond Boat Launch or Lower Lock instead. The site is fully accessible to the top of the ramp, with parking and amenities available nearby. Lake Flower itself is a popular paddling destination within the Saranac Lake system, offering a scenic setting for recreational boating and fishing.
