Lake Mary

The Lake Mary Boat Launch provides access to Lake Mary, a popular destination for recreational boating and fishing in Wilkinson County, Mississippi. The boat ramp is a single-lane ramp approximately 10 feet wide, suitable for launching kayaks, canoes, and small motorboats.

Boaters on Lake Mary are restricted to electric motors only, creating a peaceful, quiet environment well-suited for paddlers. The lake covers over 1,200 acres and is surrounded by the St. Catherine Creek National Wildlife Refuge, offering excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing and exploring the diverse bottomland hardwood forest ecosystem. Anglers can fish for a variety of freshwater species in the lake. Visitors should be prepared for variable water levels and use caution when launching, as shoreline access may change depending on conditions.
