Lake Mohave - Cottonwood Cove

Cottonwood Cove Resort & Marina provides a full-service boat launch facility on the Nevada side of Lake Mohave, located approximately 45 miles north of Laughlin. The site features a dedicated boat ramp, dock/pier access, fuel services (both unleaded and diesel), and additional amenities including picnic areas and swimming beaches. This is a prime access point for exploring Lake Mohave and the Colorado River, with opportunities to paddle toward Eldorado Canyon and access numerous sandy coves and beaches along the water.

The Colorado River through Lake Mohave is a major waterway with significant infrastructure and recreational activity. The reservoir sits in a narrow, scenic canyon with the option to venture toward Hoover Dam and Black Canyon (up to NPS security zones).
