About This Access Site
Lake Nancy is a 757-acre lake in Washburn County offering excellent access for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboaters via two public boat landings. The lake features very clear water and a maximum depth of 39 feet, making it suitable for various paddling skill levels. The east-side landing off Karling Court is the primary access point and is well-maintained for launching.
The lake supports healthy populations of Musky, Northern Pike, Walleye, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, and Panfish, making it popular with anglers as well. A second public landing is also available on the west side off Three Mile Road if the east landing becomes congested. Both launches provide good options for exploring this moderately-sized lake.
