About This Access Site
**Location & Access**
Lake Park Drive provides public boat access to Winona Lake in Winona, Minnesota. The ramp is located at 113 Lake Park Drive and is managed by the Parks & Recreation Department. Most standard recreational boats (12-18 feet) can be launched here. Winona Lake connects to the Mississippi River via an outlet, giving paddlers options to explore both the lake and river systems in the area.

**Facilities & Paddling Options**
Winona Lake has three public boat accesses total and three fishing piers, making it a well-developed recreation area. The lake is popular for both summer paddling and winter ice fishing. Paddlers can explore the lake itself or use this access as a gateway to the Mississippi River, particularly Pool 5A and Pool 6, which are located nearby in the scenic Upper Mississippi River Valley between Trempealeau, Wisconsin and Dresbach, Minnesota. Contact the Winona Parks & Recreation Department (507-457-8289) for current facility information and hours before your visit.
