About This Access Site
**Location & Access**
Located in Peoria near State Route 74, this access point serves Lake Pleasant's Agua Fria River arm. The site features a 4-lane boat ramp at the north end of the lake with parking for 112 vehicles with boat trailers. Walk-in access is available daily, making it convenient for kayakers and canoeists launching without vehicles.

**Water Conditions & Recreation**
Lake Pleasant is a newly expanded reservoir with 114 miles of shoreline offering diverse paddling opportunities. The Agua Fria River feeds into the lake with an average flow of 109 cubic feet per second and moderate gradient. Paddlers should expect variable water conditions depending on lake level and seasonal flow. The site accommodates both motorized and non-motorized watercraft, including kayak rentals available through local outfitters.

**Amenities & Planning**
Day-use only facility with free access. An accessible parking spot is available. For large groups, pontoon boat rentals are available at the main park entrance, which also features a 10-lane ramp.
