About This Access Site
Lake Sabrina Landing provides access to the pristine waters of Lake Sabrina, a high-altitude reservoir situated at 9,128 feet in the Inyo National Forest near Bishop, California. This facility offers a boat ramp, marina, and boat rentals, making it an ideal destination for kayakers, canoeists, and small motorized boats.

The boat ramp and surrounding marina area provide ample parking for vehicles with trailers, accommodating up to 10 vehicles. Boaters can utilize the 10 boarding floats to easily launch and retrieve their watercraft. For those who prefer to leave their own boats at home, the on-site rental services offer both pontoon and motorized boats, allowing visitors to explore the scenic lake.

While the facility is open to the public, it is a day-use only area, operating from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Visitors should be aware that fish cleaning is not permitted directly in the lake, but a dedicated fish cleaning station is available near the bait shop on the lakeshore trail. Overall, Lake Sabrina Landing provides a convenient and well-equipped access point for enjoying the tranquil waters and stunning mountain vistas of this high-elevation destination.

Located near John Muir Wilderness, the area offers access to several trailheads for hiking and horseback riding. Less than a mile up the road is the trailhead for the Tyee Lakes Trail, highlighting epic views of the Inconsolable Range and the peaks that surround South Lake.Facilities
